A family with a 3 y.o. child here. We have been to Greece 10+ times (7 different islands + bunch of places on the mainland, of which 3 times in Sithonia), and this is by far the worst hotel in Greece we have experienced. Can't believe our experience was so different from other reviews. Booked and pre-paid a room for one week but left after 2 nights as it was horrible. On the positive note and as others described it, the place is indeed clean. Although I'm not sure whether they clean it every second day (didn't stay long enough).

Absolutely the best accommodation that we ever have a chance to stay in Greece. It's clean, spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, two parking spaces, beautiful garden. Air cons work great, wifi is very strong. We had to change the number of people that will stay in the house, and there was no problem. The host is great, she gave us recommendations for beaches, restaurants and land us un umbrella and chairs for the beach. Agios Nikolaos is a great place, peaceful, close to Nikiti and beaches, perfect to explore Sithonia.

The place is very well designed. Room was well equipped. We loved the sea & island view from the balcony. This was our first time on this side of Sithonia, and we loved it. Beaches can range from wild to commercialized. Nearby Karidi beach is a must see. There are also a lot of inexpensive rent a boat options in the area. We wanted to extend our stay for one more day, and while the place was already entirely booked the host was kind enough to reroute us to nearby hotel! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Our stay at the guest house in September 2021 was absolutely amazing and one of our highlights during our travels on Sithonia. Tanja, the host, took such good care of us, especially when I was suffering from a stomach flue that I had caught earlier on. The breakfast was very tasty and made with love. The location is stunning with gorgeous views over the countryside. There is a nice taverna (Paul's) in walking distance. We could not have wished for a better place to stay for our last night in Greece!

Nice and clean apartment equipped with everything you need. Very kind hosts, the Vangel family is always there to help you out in any situation. Bonus is a nice cool terrace, where the kids could play well protected from the sun. The village is calm, we have found good food and everything we needed in the shops . The nearest beach, Pirgos, is one of the nicest in Sithonia. It's huge and never too crowded, always easy to find a parking place. We have spent a beautiful vacation here.

Everything exceeded our expectations. It's one of the best accommodations I've found so far and it truly deservers the really high score it has. The host was extraordinary with everything, cleaning was done everyday, the apartment is modern with a good and comfortable bed. Also, the location provides you good access to almost the entirety of Sithonia. And please, keep in mind that I say what I say from the perspective of a parent of an infant. Just book it!

Overall, the hotel offers a very nice experience. The staff is very friendly, the pool area is great and relaxing, the breakfast is good. The cocktails at the bar are excellent. Parking space is available at the hotel, which is very convinient. The best restaurants in Vourvourou are right next to the hotel. Vourvourou is also a great location for visits of some of the best beaches on Sithonia, as well as prettly close by car to Nikiti.

Everything is new in the apartment and clean, we were surprised to find out that the room is cleaned every day and got frequent change of towels like every two days which is something not expected at this price range. The terrace is large and there is a parking lot right opposite the building and its location makes it convenient to visit the best beaches in Sithonia without having to drive through the narrow streets of Neos Marmaras.

It was such a nice trip in such a nice apartment. Magda is a special host and her hospitality great. Room is very clean and well equipped. Garden is so useful for children and also for adults. Besides this, location is perfect. Agios Nikolaos is quiet and such a nice place. Also, have lots of cute cafes and restaurants. Trani Ammouda Beach which is one of the best beach in Sithonia, is so close by the car.

Everything was excellent, we had one of best vacays in Greece. We had big apartment on ground floor. Plenty of space, super clean, super service. Close to best beaches on East/West Sithonia coast. Really “strategic position. It is clear that you need a car. Hosts were truly amazing, Sofia and Laki, really nice people. We had so much fun with Laki. He is really great. They are also very helpful.

Apartment is very spacious, with huge living room and 3 bedrooms. Outside, there is garden and barbecue. Location is perfect to those with car, ready to explore beutiful Sithonia. Village itself has all that's needed and is not crowded. Apartment is very clean and cosy, well maintained. Anna and her husband (captain of the ships) are very friendly and their dog, Rubi, is cute!

Room was as it seemed in the photos. it was clean, fresh and cozy. We have stayed 3 of friends, and were satisfied during our 2 nights of staying. Since check in till check out Elena and Maria shown their gentle interest on us and become our consultant about the Sithonia. Special thanks to them, and Angelos hotel is recommended for others whom looking for hotel in Sithonia.

The room is well designed and modern. Bed is comfortable, bath is enough wide. There are also a sofa, a big mirror and a small kitchen with coffee machine in the room, balcon is also wide. Air condition is working perfect. The location is perfect, 5-10 minutes to walk to beaches and restourants. Nikiti is good choice in Sithonia. You can park your car in front of the hotel.

It was just like on the pictures. The apartment was really clean. The Nikitibeach is just a 5 min. walk away. The host is really nice and helped us whenever we needed something. She also sent us a link to a guide she made with many good suggestions for restaurants and things to do on Sithonia. We were really happy with our stay and can recommend aella apartments.

We stayed at two bedroom apartment for 12 nights. Location is great if you want to explore Sithonia or there is beach super close to accomodation if you wish to stay near. Apartment was very clean and cosy with all needed utensiles and beautiful terrace with beach view. Hosts are super nice and can give you great advices on what to visit. Highly recommended!

It's a very nice hotel, with a very nice and helpfull owner, Manos knows every beach on Sithonia and he will help you , with the routes and everything. I higly recomand these hotel and his owner. The best ! I forgot about the wifi , it's the best that i found in Greece untill now, it's from Ellon Musk, the Starlink, wich it's wow in Greece.

Loved Sia the host, super kind, helpful and not imposing. Very clean, change of towels and sheets every 2 days, well maintained, very well equipped apartment, ok location. 5-10 mins walk to Paradisos beach and pretty much max 40 mins by car to any other great beach in Sithonia. 3 mins to stores and restaurants (some even deliver to the apartment).

The location of hotel is good, just 2 km. from Neos Marmaras and not so far from different nice beaches on south and north of Sithonia. Balcon has a partial see view. Garden is nice and was tended daily. Staff were kind and helpful, especially a women on reception. Near the hotel you can find a lot of different good cafes and tavern.

The apartment is 5-10 min from the main beach in Nikiti also it’s location is great if you want to visit other beaches and places in Sithonia. It was super clean, we got new towels and the bed linen was changed during our stay. The owners are also very nice and available in case you need some assistance.

The hosts were great and they made our stay very pleasant. Hotel is positioned on a good location in the city. There is a free big parking nearby. Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Sarti is a good location for exploring Sithonia. We would definitely return here.
